Your personal training program will begin with you filling out a detailed intake form so I can get to know you – your goals, training history, physical limitations, lifestyle, diet, etc. I will send you a complete program with a general template and then 12 weeks of specific programming. The template is an outline that can be easily customized by most people to be used for months or even years past the completion of the initial 12 weeks. The intent is to give you the ability to train yourself with a little help from me to get the specifics (modalities, volume, frequency, movement types, etc.) ironed out. Read more >>

Yes! You are given one free email with the purchase of each program to ask any clarifying questions. If you want to get guidance on a regular basis, consider purchasing a personal consulting package.
Unlimited clients can expect responses within 24 hours, although typically much faster. If there is a time sensitivity to the question (help choosing a meal at a restaurant later that evening or for a training session after work), I will do my best to respond within a useful timeframe.
For email consultations, I will be providing you a very thorough, researched response, so it will likely take longer to ensure maximum quality.

No! Training and diet plans and consultations are for anyone with any goal. Whether you are a 45-year-old looking to get back shape or a 25-year-old Soldier training for selection, I have something for you! While I do have a wealth of experience programming for athletes of all kinds, from traditional sports to CrossFit to marathons to the Best Ranger Competition, I have also prepared routines for my wife, father-in-law, friends, and co-workers, all of whom are just trying to look and feel good.
As they are individually developed programs, all purchases are final. You can cancel any consultations as long as they are before they have begun.
