This consultation plan is for the person who wants frequent communication over a variety of means to ask a lot of questions and get a lot of answers about their health and fitness.
This consultation won’t come with a training plan or diet, but I will answer questions about training and diet. In addition, I can help with how to handle training or eating on a vacation, if you should try a new supplement, how to get your sleep back on track, which shoes to buy, how many days per week you should be training, how many calories to consume per day, etc. If you want to couple this with a customer training and/or diet plan, you can purchase it here.
- In your order confirmation, you will get a link to my intake form. Filling it out will allow me to get to know you before I prescribe anything. It will take into account such things as your age, physical fitness level, current diet and training plan, medical considerations, physical limitations, short-term and long-term goals, supplements, time available to train, and access to equipment.
- I will give you an email address and phone number where you can send me any questions at any time over the next 30 days.
- I will respond to all questions within 24 hours but typically much faster.
Ask me anything you want in my area of expertise. If I can’t provide a thorough, informed response, I will let you know, but if it’s health and fitness related, I am sure I will have something to offer.
