Useful for someone with specific questions about how much protein to consume, how often to train, how to train around an injury, if a certain supplement is worth the money, or how to prepare for a specific event such as a competition or evaluation.

FAQs

  • What does an individual training program look like?

    Your personal training program will begin with you filling out a detailed intake form so I can get to know you – your goals, training history, physical limitations, lifestyle, diet, etc. I will send you a complete program with a general template and then 12 weeks of specific programming. The template is an outline that can be easily customized by most people to be used for months or even years past the completion of the initial 12 weeks. The intent is to give you the ability to train yourself with a little help from me to get the specifics (modalities, volume, frequency, movement types, etc.) ironed out.

  • What does an individual diet plan look like?

    Your personal training program will begin with you filling out a detailed intake form so I can get to know you – your goals, training history, physical limitations, lifestyle, diet, etc. I will then send you a complete diet with an outline (total calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, etc.) and two weekly templates, each with specific daily meals.

  • Can I ask questions about my custom program?

    You are given one free email with the purchase of each program to ask any clarifying questions. If you want to ask more questions and/or get guidance on a regular basis, consider purchasing monthly personal coaching.

  • How quickly will you respond to emails and/or texts for personal coaching clients?

    For weekly prep clients, I ask that weekly emails are sent on Saturday or Sunday before noon and I will respond before 9PM Eastern on Sunday so they are prepared for the week ahead. Whenever they are sent, I will respond within one business day.

    Unlimited clients can expect responses within 24 hours, although typically much faster. If there is a time sensitivity to the question (help choosing a meal at a restaurant later that evening or for a training session after work), I will do my best to respond within a useful timeframe.

    If I will be unable to respond to messages for a short period of time, I let clients know in advance.

  • Are purchases refundable?

    As they are individually developed programs, all purchases are final. You can cancel coaching memberships from renewing at any time. However, once you pay for a month, it is not refundable.
